Spring Has Absolutely Maybe A Little Bit Undoubtedly Kinda-Sorta Most Definitely Semi Sprung-ish(?)

Well, it's another beautiful, sunny, green March... day. Hold up a second.

Yes, that's right ladies and gentlemen, almost the whole month of March has been sunny, warm weather that just makes you want to kick off your shoes and go play some frisbee. Or basketball. Or soccer. Or ride your bike. Or go for a hike. But you get the idea, it makes you want to do everything you do in the summer. And, of course, I'm sure we'd all be doing just that (and enjoying ourselves thoroughly) if we didn't have all that... SCHOOLWORK.

Normally, I like doing schoolwork. At least most of it. However, I DO NOT like schoolwork when I still have a pile of it left to do while outside I see the green grass gently swaying in the warm breeze. Thankfully in between some subjects I get a few breaks, which I use to play basketball. Or frisbee. Or soccer. Or---Well, you know the drill. Lately I've been aiming to start my schoolwork earlier and do it faster so I can get outside, which has worked better. But, also now that it's warm, we have outside work to do too.

On a positive note, the Wilbers have been coming over each week to do dissections with us. Each time we get to take apart helpless, smelly little creatures and learn about them. It's pretty cool.Two weeks ago it was an earthworm, last week a crayfish, and (hopefully) this week it'll be a fish. I don't know about the rest of you, but I think it's SO COOL. Last week I was particularly excited, not only because Mattea and Maryah were coming, or even because we were dissecting for that matter, but because Mattea brought her amazingly amazing car this time. And I got to touch it.

For those unfortunates that do not know what car Mattea possesses, or that don't even know she has one, take a guess. Just one little guess. About what kind of car a Wilber might have.... Yes, you in the back? OH! Ding ding ding! Right on the nose! she has an Audi, of all things. (Yeah, I know... Wilber? Audi? Never.) Of course this is no ordinary Audi... This is an Audi TT. It's not even any normal Audi TT, either, it's an Audi TT Quattro. Furthermore, it isn't even any old Audi TT Quattro! It's... Mattea's Audi TT Quattro. Mattea's Audi TT Quattro.


In addition to it being so warm, everything has started to bloom like MEGA EARLY. here are some pear blossoms that went into full bloom just earlier this week. I did not take these pictures, so thank my mom. :)
